Tenchiro Announces Entrepreneur Partnership Program in Japan
Later this year, Tenchiro will release the first phase of its entrepreneur partnership program, designed to help drone businesses accelerate their transition from startup operations to high-value professional services. This program is available only in Japan.
Many drone businesses begin with photography, videography, and occasional project work. While these services provide valuable experience and revenue, long-term growth often requires developing specialized capabilities that open the door to higher-value opportunities. The challenge is that new capabilities require new tools, new skills, and new investments before they can generate revenue.
Tenchiro was created to help reduce these barriers.
Our first strategic focus will be drone mapping. Mapping provides a natural progression for many entrepreneurs already performing aerial photography and imaging services. It expands existing skills into new markets including construction, site documentation, progress monitoring, surveying support, infrastructure inspection, and digital asset management.
Through a combination of practical tools, operational workflows, and training resources, Tenchiro aims to help entrepreneurs develop mapping capabilities while managing the costs and complexity typically associated with entering a new service domain.
We are currently seeking early participants interested in helping shape the program.
Drone Entrepreneurs
We are looking for drone operators, photographers, and small drone businesses interested in expanding into mapping services. Early participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback, influence future development priorities, and gain access to tools and workflows as the platform evolves.
